It is a city-level sales and service partnership for a defined territory. You handle local sales, installation and first-line after-sales; the factory supplies products, technical support, warranty backing and spare parts. Territory scope, targets and pricing are agreed in writing before launch.
Warranty is 12–24 months depending on model. Claims are reviewed by our factory engineers, with an agreed claim process and a spare-parts list held locally. Confirmed defects are covered by replacement parts or units, normally shipped with your next order so downtime stays short.
You need basic installation, commissioning and service capability. We provide training, wiring and fitment documentation, controller parameter setup and troubleshooting support, plus parts-level spares such as hall sensors, bearings, connectors and controller boards.
Yes. OEM/ODM support includes custom labels, model naming, colour, cartons and documentation, plus controller parameter locking so your product line behaves consistently across every workshop.
MOQ is discussed per SKU and configuration rather than published as a single number, because branding and battery inclusion change it. Most partners start with a sample or a small commercial batch with fixed firmware, packaging and a QC checklist.
